Charlton boss Lee Bowyer has rang the changes with only two of those who started the league game with Rovers a month ago present in his starting XI.
That means no place in the squad for usual strike duo Lyle Taylor and Karlan Grant, who caused Rovers plenty of problems in the early November game which was won 2-0 by the Addicks.
