Doncaster man caught with Class A drug after behaving in a threatening manner in the town

Marcin Rorbach appeared before Doncaster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, September 4, after pleading guilty to two offences at a hearing the previous day.
Rorbach, 24, of Cranbrook Road, Wheatley, Doncaster was caught with a quantity on MDMA, a Class A substance, in Doncaster on March 9 this year, court records show.

Hide AdOn the same date he also acted in a threatening manner by using “threatening or abusive words or behaviour, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress” to a member of the public.
He was fined £300 for possession of the drugs and a further £150 for the threatening behaviour.
He must also pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £45 victim surcharge, magistrates ruled.
Magistrates also ordered that the quantity on MDMA be forfeited and destroyed.
