The man, who was driving a blue Volkswagen, was stopped by police on Ravensworth Road, Hyde Park, after he was seen to be struggling to drive in a straight line, say officers.
Sgt Steve Roberts said: “The reason for this immediately became clear, when he was spoken to. He was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through alcohol, and provide a sample just over three times the legal limit.”
