Court records show that Michael Donaldson appeared before Doncaster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 7, after he was stopped by police in the Rotherham area on October 26 last year, and failed to provide breath when he was stopped on March 1.

Hide AdRecords show that Donaldson, 52, of Moat Croft, Scawthorpe, also used threatening behaviour towards the PCSO and to another individual in an incident on July 31.
He was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay a total of £150 in compensation.
For the first motoring offence he was banned from driving for 18 months, and was disqualified for six months for the offence in March.
