“Saturday 8 August is the date for the 14th Doncaster Pride, this year taking place in our new home Elmfield Park.
“We'll have all the usual - the Main Stage and a Second Stage, bars, food and a market... but we'll also have a load of new features as we have the space to expand the event into a much bigger area than Sir Nigel Gresley Square was.
“Pride is free to attend of course but we are working on plans for a VIP area.

“We're looking at more for children and families, more for our visitors with additional needs including viewing platform, BSL interpreters and accessible spaces.
“And we are expanding the Parade and we are starting the day in the centre of town with loads of meeting places and mini-events all then culminating in a gathering in the Market Square for the start of the Parade.”
